Our Stated Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 2 hours in advance of your appointment. You can cancel through the square booking text you received, call or email.
If you fail to cancel or reschedule and are a no-show, we will implement the following.
First no-show:You will be charged 50% of the total services booked.
Second or More no-shows:You will be charged 100% of the total services booked and will only be seen on a walk-in basis only.
We strive in providing on-time services to all of our guests. To meet that goal we need all guests to arrive on-time for their confirmed appointments.
If you arrive to your appointment 10-minutes late, you are considered "late" and will be marked as a "no-show" and will be subject to our No-Show policy. If you arrive late, you will have to reschedule for another time or day.
We understand you may be late for circumstances outside of your control and if time allows we may provide services, yet retain the right to cancel the appointment if necessary.
The easiest way to reschedule is through our booking tool, clicking on the link that was texted to you for appointment confirmation. You may also contact Elizabeth or Erin to reschedule at the salon.
When you wax, the entire hair shaft is removed, root and all, rather than cutting it off at the surface of the skin like you do when you shave. This leaves your skin super smooth with no stubble. Waxing also lasts much longer than shaving, and the hair grows back thinner and finer with repeated treatments.
The answer to this question is it depends. For many people, yes waxing is painful. The first time a person waxes, their hair follicles aren’t used to being pulled out so they hold tightly to the hair. As one continues to wax, the follicles begin to soften and pull much easier with each wax. Meaning with each consecutive wax, it will be less painful. This is another reason we encourage you to keep up with your waxing.
Absolutely! As an Esthetician, I work with people from all backgrounds and of all shapes and sizes. I see half dressed bodies all day long, and the last thing I am doing while performing a service is judging you! Try scheduling a smaller service, like a brow wax first, and see if you feel comfortable.
